Robinswood Cottage Crown Lane Old Basing Hampshire RG24 7DN

Large sycamore tree right in front of the house next to fence bordering Elmsdown. The tree has outgrown its location despite previous pollarding and now needs felling. The tree encroaches on neighbours property and blocks all light to both houses when in full leaf. We intend to landscape the front garden and will replace with more suitable decorative trees.

Land Behind Whaddon Hall Mews Whaddon MILTON KEYNES MK17 0NA United Kingdom

1. Area of woodland i have outlined in maps contains many mature and fantastic trees- we would like to remove all holly and laurel which vary in size but are on average around the middle canopy level they have started to take over the woodland area over the years so hopefully by removing them we can create a better look and to give space to the more mature trees like the yews, beeches and oaks. 2.We would also like to remove dead trees and leave for habitat, also cleaning up any already fallen tree again for habitat. 3. Finally any large areas of nettles and brambles we would like to flail down to open this woodland up and hopefully gets some ridding tracks clear for horse riding and general use of this lovely woodland. I understand this is brief but im happy to organise a meeting with the tree officer to go over and explain what we want to do and achieve. Few comments from Vanessa herself- I have inherited an area of woodland at Whaddon Hall from my late husband, who lived at the adjoining Chase House until we married and had very happy memories of this landscape. I have met the Forestry Commission on site to take its advice on care of the ten trees with TPOs and the starting point is control of surrounding ground cover - specifically invasive levels of laurel bushes (to be removed) and hollies (to be controlled). I have engaged a specialist contractor for these works - Stanton Tree Care - and seek permission to proceed.?

1 Bury Close Cottingham Northamptonshire LE16 8XF

To the left of the house, between the corner and the boundary fence there is a small island of shrubs / small trees, none of which are particularly good specimens. They all requested to be removed to make way for a new garden layout, including new fence/paths and landscaping. The large variegated Holly and the Burgundy Berberis are to be retained. Then new more appropriate species are planned to be planted when landscaping is completed. T1- Buddleia ...remove/fell. T2 - Conifer / Thuja ... remove/fell. T3 - Hawthorn ... remove/fell. T4 - Lilac ... remove/fell. T5 - Holly ... remove/fell. T6 - Acer ... remove/fell T7 - Berberis - remove/fell. T8 - Euonymus ... remo ve/fell. T9 - Birch ...remove /fell, as there are concerns it is close to pavement/path, and it needs removing for new fence erection and landscaping/garden path.

DC/080664 | Tree Works In A Conservation Area

14 Waters Edge Marple Bridge Stockport SK6 5EX

The tree, the only one on the driveway at the front of the house, is a mature Rowan tree and I believe the wrong tree type was planted at the point in time when Waters Edge was built. The other driveway trees are all ornamental versions, rather than being standard size. There are several concerns with the tree, as follows: - Our neighbour (Number 13) has complained to us on several occasions and to the Council about the damage to his driveway caused by the large root structure of the tree. - The height of the tree is huge, our town house is 4 storey and the tree exceeds the height of the house quite significantly. As such, it blocks out light and may well be interfering with the joint drainage system that runs across the front of all the town houses within Waters Edge. - Due to the height and size of the tree, I also worry for my and my neighbours' properties should it, for any reason, fall. Loose branches do sometimes fall in strong winds and I am concerned that the larger the tree gets, the more damage it could cause to property if branches continue to fall. I am also concerned for the safety of the children that play around Waters Edge (including my own) and for the other occupants of the area (many of whom are elderly). The plan would be to resurface the driveway and put in place landscaping and a small ornamental tree, perhaps not in the same position, but within the driveway area so that the front garden remains pleasant in appearance. Several of our neighbours have already removed their trees or pollarded them significantly, so the removal of our tree would not look out of place. Tree at number 13 - heavily pollarded / Tree at number 15 - removed / Tree at number 11 - removed. - HAR/CA20
