(1) Cutting back the bordering trees all-round the site to the fence line marked A, B & C on the sketch, (2) Re pollarding 2 ash trees either side of delivery gate marked 1 & 2 on the sketch, (3) Crown lifting all trees over footpaths to 3M & over road to 5M full length of property marked 4 on the sketch, (4) Tree near office marked 5 on sketch, prune back from windows/building by 2M and crown lift to 3M, (5) Crown lift to 3M all trees adjacent to carpark marked 4 on sketch and remove all epicormic growth from bottom of trees, and (6) Cut out line of site for rear right CCTV camera in far-right rear corner of carpark marked 6 on the sketch by pruning corner trees back to fence border.

T2 mature ash has deadwood throughout and is also leaning toward the garden building. T3semi mature ash has a large cavity running through the base from one side to the other and leans toward heating fuel tank with pond / watercourse below. T4 is a semi mature twin stemmed ash with included bark at the fork. T5 is a mature ash in poor condition. T6 has large deadwood in the crown and leans over driveway / network cables. T7 leaning over driveway / network cables

T1 Cherry tree crown lift to 4metres over car park spaces light reshape by 1metre and remove deadwood. T2 Ash crown lift to 5 metres over outbuilding. T3 Beech tree crown lift off corner of office building by 2 metres and remove Ivy.

T1 Thuja plicata Multi stemmed from 3m, included bark unions between the 3 stems. Supply and fit cobra bracing. Crown lift minor branches to give 2m clearance. T2 Willow Forks at 2m, woodpecker holes on all 3 stems, wounds and cavities at pollard points. Fell and grind stump. T8 Cedar in neighbours garden. Tree has lost many branches already and clearly has propensity to lose more, canopy is above existing cabin. Prune to eliminate or vertically eliminate overhang of position of cabin. T11 Laburnum Leaning at 45 degrees, virtually dead. Fell to ground level T12 Purple Plum canopy over hanging footpath and road. Infected with Phellinus. Shorten to road edge and crown lift to 2.5m T13 Ornamental Plum. Canopy overhanging parking area, road and foot path. Crown lift 2.5m, prune to clear road edge by 1m T14 Holly Overhanging footpath. Prune to clear footpath T15 Purple Plum. Cavity at 1m and another at 2m overhanging footpath, road and parking area. Crown lift to 2.5m. Prune to clear road edge by 1m. Crown reduce by 2m to compensate for wounds and cavities. T16 Plum. Huge wound at 1.4m. Fell and grind stump T17 Plum. Wound at 80cm. Prune by 2.4m to clear driveway T18 Corkscrew Willow. Touching roof of office. Prune to clear roof by 2m, remove major dead wood

There is a single tree in the front garden. We would like to remove it entirely. This is so we can proceed with construction of an outdoor office space. I cannot say for certain which species of tree it is but I think it is Pinus Sylvestris.

Cut back branches overhanging slatted fence. Fell 3 tree leaning toward office.

T1 - Large Beech - remove any major deadwood >25mm in diameter. Weight reduce the northern stem by approx 2m. prune clear of the building by approx 1.5m and target reduce the remaining crown by removing up to 1-2m where necessary to reshape and balance. T2 - Weeping Ash - remove major deadwood T3 - Cherry on rear lawn area - crown reduce by removing up to 1m all round to shape and neaten. T4 - Malus to the side of the new office building - crown reduce by removing up to 1-2m all round to shape and balance. Also prune clear of the building by approx 1-1.5m.

Fell conifer and sycamore near entrance to office - fell all conifers sycamore and shrubs to ground level. Grind out stumps to below ground level.
