I am looking to fell 1 x Willow Tree its about 15 foot tall, the reason I am looking to build a home office across the rear of the garden and its in the way it serves no value in summer it shades everything so no grass or plants can grow and there is no where else in the small garden to replant. The Red House 22 Aylesbury Road Wendover Buckinghamshire HP22 6JQ

- Tree species: Sycamore - The number used on the sketch plan. Tree number 2 in the ariel shots and plan - A description of the proposed works. The tree in question is a sycamore, part of a line of trees at the bottom boundary of the garden at the Red House. The neighbours living on the other side of the line of trees have been worried about the condition of the tree and have asked us to arrange for it to be felled and replaced - to mitigate the risk of it being blown down in a storm and causing significant damage. I have attached an additional three documents which set out the situation and provide some supporting evidence. When we worked with the council last year, to pollard a tree, the judgement was that whilst these trees were in a conservation area, there were no TPOs applying to them. I have attached the letter from the Planning Office confirming this. . Completed application form for proposed works to trees in a conservation area . Photographs and aerial shots and explanatory notes relating to this request . Letter from the Planning Team in May 2020 confirming the sycamore trees at the bottom of the garden of the Red House do not have a TPO
