7 x Ash trees (fraxinus excelsior), T1- T7 (applicants ref)- Fell to ground. T1 mature ash has a cavity in the base with signs of old fungal fruiting bodies (not clear on species) and is leaning summer house/ garden office. T2 mature ash has deadwood throughout and is also leaning toward the garden building. T3semi mature ash has a large cavity running through the base from one side to the other and leans toward heating fuel tank with pond / watercourse below. T4 is a semi mature twin stemmed ash with included bark at the fork. T5 is a mature ash in poor condition. T6 has large deadwood in the crown and leans over driveway / network cables. T7 leaning over driveway / network cables

I am looking to fell 1 x Willow Tree its about 15 foot tall, the reason I am looking to build a home office across the rear of the garden and its in the way it serves no value in summer it shades everything so no grass or plants can grow and there is no where else in the small garden to replant. HAR/CA15

- Tree species: Sycamore - The number used on the sketch plan. Tree number 2 in the ariel shots and plan - A description of the proposed works. The tree in question is a sycamore, part of a line of trees at the bottom boundary of the garden at the Red House. The neighbours living on the other side of the line of trees have been worried about the condition of the tree and have asked us to arrange for it to be felled and replaced - to mitigate the risk of it being blown down in a storm and causing significant damage. I have attached an additional three documents which set out the situation and provide some supporting evidence. When we worked with the council last year, to pollard a tree, the judgement was that whilst these trees were in a conservation area, there were no TPOs applying to them.
