T1 Lime Tree Crown reduce by 12ft (4m.) 30% to protect overhead cables from damage. T2 Holm Oak Crown reduce by 15ft (5m.) 30% to maintain shape, protect roof of boat house and for safety from falling branches. T3 False Acacia Crown reduce by 15ft (5m.) 30% and removal of dead branches to maintain safety to boat house and traffic on Tower Lane, and also neighbouring bungalow. T4 Silver Birch Fell. Beech (T1) - Crown lift of lower branches up to 6.5 meters high away from the neighbours property. Silver Birch (T3) - Reduce the top of the tree by approximately 5 meters due to it heavily leaning over the bungalow roof. Currently 12 meters tall after the reduction will be no smaller than 7 meters tall. Laurels (G1) - Thin out and coppice group of small Laurel trees by no more than 40% removing the smaller, leaning trees. This is to let more light in and make the back of the garden more accessible as well as allowing the more mature, straighter Laurel trees to have more room to grow.

T1 Oak: fell (replacement planting proposed). T2 Walnut: crown reduce limbs overhanging the bungalow roof by 6m. Reduce the northerly limb over the house to the forks 2m from the trunk and reduce the west facing limbs back to the fork 5m from the trunk.

G1 Two Ash trees - Reduce the entire crowns by 1.5mtrs all over. These trees have become a dominant feature and this work is required to maintain them to dimensions that are suitable for their environment. G2 Two Oak Trees - Reduce the limbs to clear the bungalow by 2mtrs. The crowns are rubbing on the roof and this work is necessary to avoid damage to the property.
