T1 - Crimson Maple - crown lift to 3m from ground level by under pruning and not removing any major branches. G1 - Row of conifer - fell to ground level, all suffering from lack of water and light. T2+T3 - Yew - sever ivy, crown lift to 3m from ground level and clear crown over garage roof by up to 1.5m. G2 - Yew Hedge - crown lift over pavement to 2.5m from ground level

Thuja (T1) Remove lowest secondary stem back to truck, Leylandii (T2) on western side - Reduce by 4m, Sycamore (T3) on west radial crown - Reduce by 3-4m, Sycamore (T4) on west radial crown - reduce by 3-4m, Hazel (T5) coppice overhanging stems on north side, Thuja (T6) Reduce lowest branches back off of garage roof by 4m

T1 Conifer- Crown lift by approximately 2m. Reason: To clear garage roof. T2-3 Conifer- Section fell both trees to as close to ground level as possible. Reason: These trees have outgrown this space and have just become too big.

NORTH FERRIBY CONSERVATION AREA - Crown reduce 1 no. Beech tree (T01) by reducing 1 no. south-west facing by 5m back to historical pruning point, remove 1 no. west facing subordinate stem at scaffold union, reduce west by north facing branches at 4m and 4.5m respectively by 5m back to historical pruning point, crown reduce north-west facing branches by up to 5m to tighten canopy profile and minimise canopy over-hanging garage roof, reduce west facing upper canopy by up to 2.5m to match new crown profile and to reduce the number and extent of overhanging branches shading garden structures, patio surfaces, and to move the canopy edge back towards the plot boundary

Conservation Area Application : T1 - To crown reduce Apple tree to previous points (maximum 1 metre in both height and lateral spread) and shape on rear side boundary leaving a 2 metre by 4 metre parasol crown - annual pruning. T2 - To prune and shape Apple trees opposite in rear garden by a maximum of 30 cms in both height and lateral spread leaving a 1 metre by 3 metre crown - annual pruning. T3 - To cut neighbours overhanging Fig tree back to boundary by a maximum of 2 metres laterally and away from garage roof in rear garden. T4 - To cut back Holly tree growing into neighbours garden by a maximum of 2 metres in lateral spread and shape in rear garden leaving a 3 metre tall by 2 metre pear shaped crown.

T1 - Sycamore, crown reduce by 3m, MDC 75mm T2 - Cherry, crown reduce by 1-2m, MDC 50mm T3 - Holly, Trim low foliage away from roof, MDC 25mm Reason for works: T1 is particularly large and dominant over neighbouring garden, some limbs are significantly long and heavy - reduce to alleviate weight stresses T2 is a large specimen tree for its location, main union at 1m above ground level is showing signs of stress, reduce to prevent limb breakage and preserve the shape and amenity value of the tree. T3 is growing adjacent to nearby garage and is touching the roof, trim to gain clearance.

G1 Removing 4 x conifer Tree overhanging the neighbouring property -T1 - Conifer, remove, overhanging over the neighbouring property garage, so they can repair roof - T2 - Sycamore x2 Remove as dying -T3 - Sycamore, Remove the lower 3 limbs overhanging the road -T4 -Prickly Ash - Remove the lower 3 limb overhanging the road

(T1) To thin out and reduce the crown of Holm Oak by approx. 15-20% whilst retaining desirable tree shape. Tree has become too large and is encroaching over the roof of the garage
