T1 Lime Tree Crown reduce by 12ft (4m.) 30% to protect overhead cables from damage. T2 Holm Oak Crown reduce by 15ft (5m.) 30% to maintain shape, protect roof of boat house and for safety from falling branches. T3 False Acacia Crown reduce by 15ft (5m.) 30% and removal of dead branches to maintain safety to boat house and traffic on Tower Lane, and also neighbouring bungalow. T4 Silver Birch Fell. Tl Cypress - Fell - Reason: Tree is covered in Ivy with very little foliage. T2 Prunus - Fell - Reason: tree is leaning towards the house and touching the roof. G1 5 xCypress, G2 5X Holly - Fell - Reason: These are under story trees, by removing the poor specimens it will create more space and light allowing the bigger specimen trees to grow on.

Previous pruning led to a growth spurt, so there are lots of small branches growing straight up and we'd like to prune those out 3 Leylandii -up to 30% reduction to keep in check 4 Leylandii - 5 A group of three silver barked birch trees. Amended works specification T1 Yew has been withdrawn for the 211 Notice and no longer to be considered. 2. Ash tree - the proposal is for it to be felled- in the corner of the front garden- its branches overhang onto the roundabout and this is a hazard as er have witnesses lorries hit the branches as they are driving. * the way the tree is growing is that is pushing against the fence which will over time be damaged by the tree * the tree blocks out much light in the front room - hence room is always cold- mould in it last Winter * do not plan to replace - it is on a corner and hazardous to oncoming traffic at the roundabout- nor do we want the fence to be compromised as it is being now 3- Holly tree- would like this to be felled- it has a * low amenity value- blocks out light and we had to have a holly tree felled years ago as it was bending towards the roof of the house and a health and safety hazard

A limb of a multi-stemmed Lime tree failed and fell on the garage roof of a residential house. I have cleared the fallen stem but would like consent to coppice the remainder of the tree to ground level as I am concerned from a safety perspective due to decay in the base.
