T1 Beech- Crown Reduction 20%, remove overhanging branches from the garage and shed, and cut branches over the lawn by up to 10ft.

The trees are at the side of my garden and at the back of the garden the trees are causing housing issues for example the tree roots have spread to the drains and when we moved in the toilet was blocked which meant we had to hire a plumber and also someone that went into the drain system to remove the roots and allow the water to flow freely The trees at the side are also reaching our windows and garage and causing loud banging sounds when windy, they also reach over to the neighbours garden and on to their shed also causing noise. The trees are making the back garden very messy with its bark and leaves falling off. The trees is also lifting up our patio in the back garden making it not safe to have family and their kids in the back garden. The back tree has alot of things falling off it and making the garden unsafe as well.

Remove 4 large low branches of 1 no. Oak tree (T1) to north, reduce easterly spread over garage (east) by up to 3m. Remove 1 no. dead tree next to shed to just above ground level (T2). Remove 2 no. Cypress trees near house to just above ground level (T3 & T4). Remove 1 no. dead tree (T5) near Wellingtonia to just above ground level. Remove 1 no. dead tree (T6) by pit lane to just above ground level.

T3 - Thuja - Remove. T4 - Thuja - Raise low branches to first major limb (approx. 6 meters) on garage side to clear the roof. Reduce side lateral spread by up to 0.5 metres on garage side of tree only, leaving finished lateral spread at approx. 4.5m in this direction. T5 - Spruce - Reduction of approximately 0.5 metres of lateral spread back to suitable secondary growth points or back to source to provide clearance from shed and low roof of property, leaving finished lateral spread at approx. 3.5m in this direction. Lifting up to approx. 2.5m from ground level. T9 - Atlas Cedar - Remove x 2 broken branches. Reduce laterally by approximately 3m as shown.

G2 Cypress, holly, hawthorn trees (excluding horse chestnut) - Cut back to boundary line between properties in the form of a hedge, reduce back from garage/shed to give approximately 1m clearance. Fronting property (eastern boundary) 1. Willow tree, remove tree 2. 10 leylandii, reduce to approx. hight of 3m from ground level, crown lift by approximately 2m 3. Holly hedge maintain at approx. 2m Rear boundary (western boundary) 1. Cypress growing into neighbours property - remove tree 2. Cherry, crown thin to a max. 30%, crown clean 3. Cypress 3 trees- etiolated - remove trees 4. Cypress 3 trees - reduce by 3m Southern boundary Yew - reduce by 30% Laurel, holly elder hedge maintain at approx. 2m (see notification documents saved under 23/00750/TPO)

I have attached to this application a set of photos of the tree in question and the aerial view of the garden, showing where it sits. The tree in question is a mature sycamore, one of a line of sycamores which run along the back of the garden for The Red House. Whilst the tree is in a conservation area, it is not subject to a Tree Preservation Order The tree itself is in good condition and no work is required on the main trunk and branches of the tree. Whilst the tree is in the garden of The Red House, Aylesbury Road, HP22 6JQ, it is at the back of the garden, adjacent to the end of the garden of 39 The Poplars. The residents of 39 the Poplars have requested we seek permission to cut back the epicormic growth at the base of the tree, which they feel is impinging upon their garage/shed, as illustrated by the last photo attached We have no objection to this work being carried out and will be happy to do the work ourselves, provided that the Council is content for us to proceed.

T1 Field maple, 9cm dia at 1.5m - Remove self seeded field maple on fence line, too close to neighbouring garage, and other tree. T2 Leylandii, 21cm dia at 1.5m - Remove Leylandii, previously cut to 4m height, too big for location behind sheds.

Yew Tree - reduce height by 2 metres and prune away from building; Holly Tree - reduce height by approx. 8.5 metres to previous level; Fir Tree - reduce by approx. 9.5 metres to previous level of pruning; Fir Tree next to sheds at right hand end of the driveway - reduce by 6.5 metres; Trees the right-hand side of the garage - lower by 4 metres to remove from over the garage roof; Ash Tree - bottom left of garden - remove over hanging branches from Oxby Close and lower by 4 metres; Yew Tree - middle of garden - lower height by 4 metres and prune side branches to maintain shape

Limes - Group 1 - Reduce over extending branches on east side of canopy to maintain clearance from garage. Crown raise to approximately 4m to maintain clearance over driveway. Limes - Group 2 - Reduce over extending branches on south side of canopy to maintain clearance from house. Crown raise to approximately 4m to maintain clearance from shed.
