T1 Beech - Prune to clear roofs of adjacent buildings by 1m and telecoms line by 500mm T2 Beech - Prune epicormic growth to clear roof of adjacent building by 1m T12 Beech - Install non-invasive braces (8T ?cobra?) between three codominant stems at two thirds height between unions and top of the crown. Reduce primary branches with included bark by up to 2m

T1: Oak, remove dead tree leaving stem @ approx 5ft -T2: Oak, crown raise to 5.2m over highway and driveway, Clear around telecoms line by 1m - T3: Oak, clear around telecoms line by 1m - T4: Sycamore, reduce lower canopy over outbuilding by approx 2m.

Excavation to clear blockage in telecoms ducting

Eucalyptus tree located against boundary wall on West Hill Lane - fell tree removing it from site. Replace with two Native trees (Oak and Linen tree) in locations to be confirmed within the Boundary of the Property. Reason - protection of historic Cob wall and to save adjacent native trees currently being killed by the Eucalyptus and the canopy of the tree has put telecoms lines under threat

H1 Leylandii Hedge - Trim sides and reduce part of top of hedge to previous height of 2-2.5m. T1 Blue Atlas Cedar - Reduce / give clearance of tree around telecom / power lines by 0.25m. T2 Holly - Reduce by approximately 0.5m-0.8m and trim sides to maintain the tree below telecoms lines. T3 Plum Cherry - Remove branches overhanging guttering/thatched roof, reduce remainder of tree by up to 1.5m to improve clearance from thatched roof. T4 Ornamental Cherry - Reduce crown by up to 1.5m. T5 Crab Apple - Reduce crown by up to 1.5m. G1 Various overhanging species (From neighbours) - Reduce small lateral diameter branches back by 0.5m to maintain to boundary. T6 Olive - Reduce by up to 1m to maintain from adjacent building roof and maintain tree to suitable size for location on raised bed. T7 Lilac - Remove stem nearest/touching thatched roofing and reduce remaining nearest stem by up to 1m to prevent contact with roof can be maintained in the future.

Works to trees in Matlock Conservation Area - Group 1 (Leyland Cypress) - Reduce to a height of approx. 6m, Crown lift to clear 2.5m over pavement and prune back in line with the edge of the road to remove overhang and Prune to clear telecoms line, T2 (Norway Spruce tree) - Fell to ground level, T3 (Leyland Cypress) - Fell to ground level. Groups 4 (Mixed Species) and 5 (Horse Chestnut) - Re-coppice/ pollard at 0.5m, Remove all young ash stems near T2 and remove 2no. Young Sycamore stems near gateway to main road. Group 9 (Hazel) - Coppice all hazel stems on top of / within wall

T.1 & T.2 Norway Maple - Reduce to previous pruning points, to provide telecoms clearance
