Works to a Tree in a Conservation Area: T1 Portuguese, laurel in front garden, pollard to 2 m as overly dominant, causing shading to bay windows at front of house.

Copper Beech - Reduce branches nearest the building by 2m to clear windows.

The trees are at the side of my garden and at the back of the garden the trees are causing housing issues for example the tree roots have spread to the drains and when we moved in the toilet was blocked which meant we had to hire a plumber and also someone that went into the drain system to remove the roots and allow the water to flow freely The trees at the side are also reaching our windows and garage and causing loud banging sounds when windy, they also reach over to the neighbours garden and on to their shed also causing noise. The trees are making the back garden very messy with its bark and leaves falling off. The trees is also lifting up our patio in the back garden making it not safe to have family and their kids in the back garden. The back tree has alot of things falling off it and making the garden unsafe as well.

Crown Spread Diameter - 2m Work Required - Crown reduce lightly by removing between 0.2-0.3m from the all over, remove major deadwood of more than 25mm, remove lowest branch overhang neighbours garden (see photo) Reason - as per clients wishes to control and contain overall size of tree G1 - Laurel (prunus laurocerasus) - Rear garden of No. 60 Talbot Road Right hand boundary Approx Height - 6-8m Work required- reduce height down to gutter height of shorter section adjacent to the corner of the house (see photo), reduce the side laterals growing towards the house of the taller section bit further along the garden pruning back the upright stems by removing approximately 1-1.5m (see photo) Reason - to create a window to help improve the satellite signal to no. 64

(1) Cutting back the bordering trees all-round the site to the fence line marked A, B & C on the sketch, (2) Re pollarding 2 ash trees either side of delivery gate marked 1 & 2 on the sketch, (3) Crown lifting all trees over footpaths to 3M & over road to 5M full length of property marked 4 on the sketch, (4) Tree near office marked 5 on sketch, prune back from windows/building by 2M and crown lift to 3M, (5) Crown lift to 3M all trees adjacent to carpark marked 4 on sketch and remove all epicormic growth from bottom of trees, and (6) Cut out line of site for rear right CCTV camera in far-right rear corner of carpark marked 6 on the sketch by pruning corner trees back to fence border.

T1 - Laurel Tree - Located directly in front of the buildings main entrance doorway to remove to provide clearance for buildings and allow more light to enter windows and replant with 1x Hazel situated further away from main building.

T1- Goat Willow (Salix Caprea) Crown lift to first floor rear window. Lateral crown reduction to provide a minimum 1m clearance to rear elevation. Crown thin by up to 20%. Remove deadwood.

T1 - English Walnut diseased/ dying (remove ). T2 - Sycamore too big for location blocking light and overhanging multiple buildings 60% reduction / crown thin. T3 - Sycamore too big for location blocking light and overhanging multiple buildings and the road 60% reduction / crown thin -interfering with phone line (marked Blue). T4 - Multi stem yew too big for location- Blocking Light and overhanging building-20% reduction. T5 - Cotoneaster interfering with phone line (marked Blue) 20% reduction. T6 - Yew interfering with phone line (marked Blue) 20% reduction. T7 - Hazel interfering with phone line (marked Blue) 20% reduction. T8 - Holly interfering with phone line (marked Blue) 20% reduction. T9 - Pear interfering with phone line (marked Blue) 20% reduction. T10 /T11 - Both Holly Blocking light 30% reduction to match the other trees. T12 T13 - Maple Cherry Prunus Completely coving and cut back from a window T13 10%. T 12 40% reduction

T1 Mixed hedge - Reduce hedge to height of window sill and trim face and trim away from house. T2 Moribund Cherry - Fell to ground level. T3 Leyland Cypress hedge - Reduce to previous cut points and trim face.

1.Reduce apple tree to previous reduction points (approx finished dimension 3m) 2.Crown and thin large box to expose the trunk and main branch structure 3.Reduce crown of portugese laurel by approx 50% (approx finished dimension 3m) 4.Trim top and both sides of lonicera hedge to formalize 5.Reduce crown of magnolia by approx 50% (approx finished dimension 2m) 6. Tidy up and shape 2 hawthorne trees into ball shapes as they were when we moved in We're doing these works to tidy the trees up as they are becoming over grown. The laural will start to overhang the pavement and the magnolia is blocking all light from the windows.
