Part Retrospective: Demolition of existing swimming pool and shed; construction of an outbuilding with raised patio, fixed timber pergola structure with ramp access; alterations to the rear land levels including covered structure attached to main dwelling; boundary treatments including retaining wall, brick wall, timber fencing, additional privacy screen and associated landscaping works

Submission of fencing details pursuant to Conditon 2 of permission 22/01112/HHOLD. Retrospective - Garden landscaping works consisting of works including removal of large mound/tree stumps, levelling ground, change of levels, new lawn, new retaining wall with metal railings, new patio area and steps, new fencing/hedging and erection of timber shed.

Submission of details pursuant to condition 3 (details of a decentralised and renewable or low-carbon sources of energy and how they will be incorporated into the development), condition 5 (close board fencing), condition 8 (bio diversity enhancement), condition 11 (landscaping) and condition 13 (bicycle shed storage) in relation to planning permission 18/502111/FULL.

Consultation by WSCC on Reg 3 application WSCC/017/20 Elevational alterations to replace/enlarge windows and replace/insert doors, landscaping works (including alterations to existing playground boundary fencing/gates and erection of new fencing/gates), 2 No. pergola type extensions to building entrance points and 2 No. tensile type canopy structures to playground. 1 No. garden shed & 1 No. bicycle shelter.
