Application for the approval of details pursuant to Conditions 17, 20 & 21 (arboricultural method statement, tree protection plan, root protection area method statement and arboricultural monitoring statement) of planning permission 21/0769/FFU (relating to the erection of a residential development of 65 dwellings along with associated estate roads and accesses onto Deepcut Bridge Road, car parking, bin stores and external landscaping following the demolition of all buildings).

The annual erection and installation of circa 65 wooden cabins across the London Bridge City estate for the Christmas market event from November 1st to January 7th. The development is comprised of 6 Zones of cabins across the London Bridge City estate and along Queen's Walk including; Zone 1 - Riverside/The Scoop, Zone 2 - Riverside/Tavolino Steps, Zone 3 - Riverside/HMS Belfast, Zone 4 - Riverside/Upper Deck bar (by HMS Belfast), Zone 5 - Riverside/Southwark Crown Court and Zone 6 - Hay's Galleria. The cabins will measure 10x8ft, 10x6ft, 10x5ft, 10x4ft and 20x10ft, respectively. There will be a range of items on offer including hot and cold beverages/food, arts & crafts and general goods. The event will also see two pop-up bars, one at the top of The Scoop on the riverside and one at London Bridge City Pier at the back of Cottons Centre.

Submission of preliminary ecology appraisal details pursuant to condition 14 of permission 22/02481/S73. The proposed development within this application is to remove the existing dwelling and redevelopment of the site as a residential scheme providing 2, five bedroom family homes set over two floors with occupied roof spaces. Variation of conditions 1, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 14 of permission 22/00047/F, approved drawing numbers, windows, trees, landscaping, parking and turning, construction transport management plan, electric vehicle charging, boundary treatments, energy and water efficiency statement and ecology.

Discharge of condition 13 of DC/20/3142/FUL - (Redevelopment of golf course and vacant paddock land for the siting of 170 holiday lodges, 3 tree houses, new Facilities Building, Maintenance and Housekeeping Building, car parking and associated highway works) - To ensure that ecological receptors are adequately protected and enhanced as part of the development.

Submission of a tree protection plan and arboricultural method statement pursuant to condition 10 of permission 19/00986/F. Erection of 10 dwellings with site access, private amenity space, garaging, parking and access to neighbouring development.

Submission of landscaping details pursuant to condition 6 of permission 22/02481/S73. Minor Material Amendment to planning consent 22/AP/1099 dated 27/07/2022 for part demolition of existing structure including garage, single and double storey side and rear extensions, front and rear garden reconfiguration including works to trees, provision of air conditioning condenser. The amendments sought are for trees removed during development to be agreed in writing by the LPA in accordance with condition 4, plant 1x 20-25cm Magnolia Grandiflora Gallissionniere in the front garden along with a further tree (T2) 3m tall Amelanchier in mitigation and an amendment to the approved plan: 12.200- PROPOSED FRONT GARDEN LANDSCAPING PLAN (Rev: A).

Application for submission of details to comply with the following conditions of planning consent 223613 dated 13/04/2023.
