Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings) to provide minor material amendments to planning permission reference: 2022/00626/FUL dated 6th May 2022 for the "Erection of a single storey rear extension, replacing existing conservatory extension; erection of a single storey infill extension to existing lightwell at ground floor level; installation of 3no. rooflights to the flat roof of the existing single storey ground floor extension; and installation of a rooflight to the flat roof of the existing rear extension at first floor level." Amendment sought is the alteration to the shape of the proposed extension from a replacement of the conservatory to a full width extension.
