Variation of condition 2 of planning permission ref: 2022/03003/FUL granted 22nd February 2023 for the 'Excavation and extension of the existing basement including the formation of a new lightwell; demolition of the existing shed and erection of a replacement enlarged single storey outbuilding; reconstruction and raising the existing mansard roof ridge by 300mm together with 4no rooflights and 16no solar panels at main roof level; re-building of the existing front and rear mansard roof at a 70 degree angle; reconstruction of the existing metal external staircase to the rear side passage; installation of a canopy above front entrance; installation of electric car charging points as part of new grass area with paving edging; provision of cycle parking and refuse storage in the existing car park; installation of new air conditioning units to rear lightwell area; new openable grilles with egress ladder and walk on glass to the rear lightwell; replacement of existing doors and windows with new doors and windows; redecoration of the external facade.' Variation of wording of condition 5 (terrace) of planning permission ref: 2019/01179/FUL granted 1st July 2019 for the 'Excavation of the front and rear garden to form lightwells in connection with the enlargement of the existing basement; demolition and re-building of the ground floor back addition; installation of French doors with a Juliet balcony to replace the existing window to the rear elevation and new windows to replace the existing windows to the side of rear back addition at first floor level; installation of 12no solar panels above the main flat roof at roof level, installation of railings atop the existing front boundary wall and erection of a bike shed within the front garden' to read as follows: 'The roof of the single storey extension at ground floor level shall not be used as a balcony, roof terrace, sitting out area or for any purpose of a similar nature and, furthermore, no balustrades, railings or other means of enclosure or means of permanent access shall be erected on this area without the prior written consent of the local planning authority.'

Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings) to allow minor material amendments to planning permission (ref: 2020/00646/FUL) dated 24 November 2020 for "The redevelopment of the site comprising the demolition and removal of the existing timber shed buildings, the retention of the existing office and former recording studio buildings and the development of part-basement, part-1, part-2, part-3 storey buildings, refurbishment of the office building and development of a first floor extension to the recording studio; to be used as office (Use Class B1), associated access works and cycle parking spaces". In conjunction with minor external and internal alterations to the approved buildings, the amendments include: installation of new windows on south elevation and the reconfiguration of the plant enclosure at roof level (Block A), increase in parapet heights (infill elements) and reconfiguration to provide a brick clad boundary wall with the Cambridge Grove properties (Block B); and alterations to provide an enclosed bike store fronting Cambridge Grove (Building C).
