Prior approval notification for the erection of a single storey rear extension. The proposed extension would extend 5.08 metres beyond the original rear wall, have an eaves height of 2.9 metres and height to the ridge of 3.3 metres. Maximum height = 4m. Maximum eaves height = 3 metres (as extension would be within 2 metres of boundary). Footprint = 14.6 sq.m. All materials to match that of the existing dwellinghouse. New UPVC door and window to side elevation.

Prior Notification - Change of use to single residential unit. Building is site in an infill character between donor dwelling and neighbour boundary. All proposed rooms are capable of achieving natural light through windows.

Erection of first floor extension to rear, extend the ground floor to the side boundary wall on the West side approx 2m and add 4 number Velux windows to the front of the property.

Change of use from Class B1 (office) to Class C3 (Residential) to form a 1 bedroom flat. New rooflights, side window and boundary wall and railings.

Prior Notification (Householder) - A single storey rear extension to No 1 Pinewood Gardens having a maximum depth of 5m and a maximum height of 4m. The extension would be situated to the east side and would protrude from the rear wall of the original dwelling house. The west elevation of the extension would share an adjoining boundary with the existing garage extension which protrudes 5.9m from the rear wall of the original dwelling house. The extension would have a double pitched roof with two Velux-type roof windows on the west facing aspect. The south facing wall would contain a door and window. The extension would be built under, and within, permitted development rules and building regulations.

Brick built garden room 5.60m deep by 4.25 m wide to replace existing uPVC conservatory. Rear garden boundary runs at an angle to the house and the extension would be 2.50m at the North corner and 4.60m at the closest points. See modified Site Plan. This is to be attached to the dining room, single-storey with pitched roof with concret tiles to the rear of the property. Four velux windows in the roof and French doors to the South and North sides of this extension.

Prior Notification (Householder) - We propose for a single storey extension to be built at the rear of our property, 6.30m wide by 6m long. We currently have an outside toilet which we plan to bring inside the property allowing us to have a downstairs toilet for the family to use, we will also have a utility room next to this, along with an open plan, kitchen, dining room which will lead into a lounge area. We will have a door leading into the utility room along with bi fold doors to enter the property with. We will be having a pitched roof with 3 velux windows installed for extra light. We won't be going right up against our boundary lines but coming in 15cm to save any problems in the future.
