T2 Goat Willow - Preferred work is removal and grinding down of stump. The tree is near the fence to our neighbours property. Current height estimated at 10 to 12 metres. Girth at widest part of trunk is 110cms. T3 Paper Bark Silver Birch - Preferred work is to reduce the crown by 3metres down to 5 metres to maintain the shape of the tree but to stop the overhang onto neighbours property. The tree is at the rear of our property close to the fences of 2 neighbours (one to North and other to East). Current height is estimated 8 metres and trunk girth 68cms.

T1 Cherry - Lift to clear fence. T2 Maple - Lift to clear fence. Old Basal damage. A3 Various - East Boundary. Trim back neighbours trees to height of fence. S4 Shrubbery Cotoneaster. Prune for pedestrian clearance all around.

T1 Ash - Draw overhanging branches back to the boundary only. G1 Row of mixed hedging consisting of Holly / Laurel and Ash saplings - Reduce the Laurel and Hollies down to the fence height and remove the Ash trees.

T1 Birch on the left side with 40 degree bend at the base, grown away from the fence - Remove T2 positioned closest to the road - Reduce by removal of 4m max to stem fork, leaving 5.5m approx overall height. Lift by removal of 2x small lowest branches

Prior Notification - Clearing a dirt path trail through the woods. Planting indigenous species of trees to enhance the visual aesthetic of the woodland. To manage the public footpath by erecting post and rail fencing 3 meters either side of it. To maintain the footpath by clearing leaves and fallen branches and any other natural debris that occurs. The main idea for this area is to add some extra length onto our cross-country cycle trail. At present this is a 4-mile loop and our hope is to add an additional 2 miles of trail onto that, to make a total circuit of 6 miles. On existing site-to convert two shipping containers (see drawings) to house a check in point and first aid area which will also serve as a repairs shop, bike hire and merchandise sales area. The containers are semi permanent, recycled, that can be relocated in the future. If required the containers will be clad in wood to be in keeping with 'natural' theme of the park. Management of the land/woodland We will be using and taking advice from a woodland management company to take care of the trees and to ensure that the local resident wildlife is protected and encouraged. Anyone interested is most welcome to request copies of any reports produced. The existing pheasant pen and all associated equipment (such as animal traps found on site) will be removed. We are also in the process of removing other rubbish discovered, including an old abandoned car and parts dotted around, and hundreds of shotgun cartridge shells that litter the land.

T5 - Alder: Remove two limbs encroaching on the fence back to the main stem. The tree is approximately 14 metres tall, removal of 1 metre to bring the overall height down to 13 metres tall.

1. Partial removal of eastern low boundary brick wall to allow access from the private driveway to the front of the house. Including removal of foliage, bushes and 1 x tree. Create a parking area of 7m x 7m at the front of the property. 2. Increase the height of the existing eastern boundary wall/install new as required to provide a continuous, secure perimeter separating the house and garden from our driveway, approx 20m in total. This additional height/new perimeter will come in the form of wooden fence panels not exceeding 2m in high.
