Application for a non-material amendment (re-configuration of windows in NW Elevation, re-formatting of windows in SE elevation and widening of door to North elevation) following grant of planning permission 23/0066/HOUS - Demolition of existing bungalow, brick privy and garage and erection of a replacement single storey dwelling

Application for non-material amendment (re-position detached garage, install pitched (hipped) roof above garage roof which links into the bungalow roof and install additional side windows to the kitchen together with change of approved colour (Grey) to allow use of Duck Egg Green) of 21/1529/HOUS - Proposed rear and side extensions and detached single garage.

S73A application to vary condition 2 (approved plans) of approval 19/02023/FUL for the erection of a new three bedroom detached bungalow and double garage, to allow changes to fenestration.

Existing bungalow roof to be removed & replaced with the addition of 3 pitched roof dormer windows to the front elevation. A single flat roof dormer window to be installed to the rear elevation. All existing roof tiles to be refitted. A new staircase to be installed from the existing entrance hall to the new accommadation comprising a landing/study, bedroom & bathroom.

Prior Notification (Householder) - since being built. The proposed extension would provide a larger living area/kitchen and an additional 3rd bedroom; timber clad with bi-fold doors out from the living space and 3rd bedroom out to the garden. A roof lantern would provide light to the rear of the living space. The addition of the extension and modernisation of the bungalow would mean that the building could be effectively insulated and it is intended that all windows are double glazed. The front of the bungalow would remain largely unchanged apart from redecoration and general maintenance. Please refer to attached drawings and photographs. (Block plan, elevations, roof layout, floor layout, photographs of the existing bungalow). The timber clad in a dark colour has been chosen to be in keeping with other buildings in the local area, complimenting the existing building. There is a 600mm difference between the inside floor level and the external ground level so it is proposed to install a deck built in two levels with safety barrier hedge and planting, steps surrounding, indicated on the drawings.

Removal of existing chalet bungalow roof and addition of new first floor accommodation with new pitched roof to match existing, including dormer windows and rooms. The height of the dwelling house once the additional storey is added will be no more than 8.1m
