Variation of conditions 2 (plan numbers) and 5 (materials) attached to 20/08144/FUL (demolition of existing detached bungalow and annexe and construction of replacement 3-bed detached house with carport/store and alterations to existing access) to allow for inset PV panels

Variation of the conditions 2,4 and 9 following grant of planning permission APP/P1805/W/21/3279054. The original planning permission is for : Proposed alterations to existing bungalow, reinstatement of second access point and construction of new infill 3 bedroom dwelling house. Minor changes made to approved 2 storey dwelling scheme: Increase width by 337mm, Internal layout changed, Fenestration and principal elevation changed, Roof shape changed. Minor changes made to existing dwelling: Proposed first floor extension of existing bungalow omitted, Existing bay window to south elevation retained. In line with the proposed changes and new drawing numbers, we request that Conditions 2, 4 and 9 are changed.

Minor material amendment under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to allow variation of condition 2 (approved drawings) of planning application ref: 20/03409/FULL1 (granted on appeal to demolish existing bungalow in disuse and erect three bedroom detached house) to allow changes to materials, elevational alterations, front solar panels and the addition of front and rear rooflights.

Variation of condition 2 (plan) attached to 20/08144/FUL (Demolition of existing detached bungalow and annexe and construction of replacement 3-bed detached house with carport/store and alterations to existing access) to allow for the development hereby permitted to be built in accordance with drawing number 20-008-10G

Variation of Condition 7 (Approved Plans) of application 17/01788/FUL dated 06/11/2017 [which granted full planning permission for the demolition of bungalow and erection of family home and garage (resubmission of 12/00837/FUL)(part-retrospective)] to vary the approved plans to introduce a balcony to the rear, to alter the material of the roof tiles, to install velux roof-lights and a window on the second floor east side elevation and other external alterations to openings

Variation of condition 2 of 19/04003/FUL for construction of a two-storey four-bedroom dwellingvarhouse to the front, a row of 8 x two-storey semi-detached dwellinghouses (1x 2-bed and 7x3bed) to the rear with associated vehicular access, 15 car parking spaces, refuse refuge and hard and soft landscaping; following demolition of existing bungalow and garages. Alterations include design and scale of house B, internal layout for additional 1 bed room and fenestrations.

Variation of condition 2 (plans) attached to PP 19/05886/FUL (Erection of 1.5 storey 4-bed chalet bungalow with integral double garage & access from the existing drive to 4 Home Meadow Drive) to allow for omit garage in lieu of cinema room and alterations to fenestration and materials
