Variation of condition 11 (Approved plans) of planning permission PL/19/2038/FA (Remodelling of house, two storey front extension with gable roof, front porch, single storey rear extension and detached garage. Fenestration and internal alteration. Removal of existing detached garage. Formation of vehicular access from Collinswood Road.) to allow for changes to garage roof and additional garage windows.
