Further explanation (not forming part of the formal description of development set out above): This proposal is for minor internal/external alterations; increase the proportion of 3 bed units by 6 with no change in the overall number of units; introduction of a completely private scheme with no affordable housing provision.

Application for Variation of Condition 6 (garage demolition) to allow for the change of wording to reflect prior to the occupation of the dwelling following the completion of the approved extensions, the detached side garage towards the side of no.17 Heath Road shall be demolished in its entirety. The garage must not remain in situ once the development has been implemented. This is following grant of planning permission 23/1070/HSE.
