Variation of Condition No. 2 of DC/20/1352/FUL - Redevelopment and extension of the former Royal Court Hotel to provide a café (A3) at ground level and 15 residential flats - Retrospective Dormers

Minor material amendment (S.73) to vary condition no 2 pursuant to Planning Permission ref: 190549FUL dated 08/07/2020 for "Conversion of existing house into five self-contained flats; first floor side extension; part single storey, part two storey rear extension; alteration/extension of the roof involving the increase in the ridge height; rear roof extension; and installation of two roof lights to front and side roof slopes". Variation seeks to update the approved plans (condition 2) to accurately show the as-built building (Retrospective)

Retrospective planning permission for the demolition of the existing building, erection of a two/three storey building with accommodation in roof space comprising 6 x two bedroom and 1 x three bedroom flats, formation of vehicular access and provision of 7 parking spaces, cycle and refuse storage and landscaping.

Variation of condition 1 (Approved drawings) and condition 4 (Secondary glazing) pursuant to planning application 2020/0458 for Full (part retrospective): Change of use of the main building from a dwelling house to a mixed use of sui generis and residential use to enable events such as a farmers' market, a gallery and music concerts, with an element of residential accommodation retained. Incorporates associated internal and external alterations to the building, plus landscaping and retaining works. Also the construction of an external WC block, and the construction of a new stand-alone one-bedroom apartment for use as a holiday let.

Change of use of land to be used as an event site for weddings and corporate events (up to 28 events only, between April to October); erection of seasonal tipi tents (April to October); retrospective change of use of office to 3 bedroom apartment above the garages and the erection of an additional external staircase and a balcony; retrospective permission for the erection of a wooden decking area adjacent to the canal (revised scheme of 16/01549/FUL) (Variation of condition 2 (number of events) of 17/00895/FUL to increase the number of events allowed and allowing them to be spread further across the year)

Retrospective application for the variation of condition 2 (plans) and removal of condition 3 (materials) of planning permission 17/01492/FUL (Proposed rear extension to provide 5 studio apartments). Amendments sought to the ridge height, approved finishing materials and fenestration scheme.

Application for the variation of condition 6 (Hours of activity) of permission 08/03699/F - Retrospective change of use of first and second floors from office use to 2 no. self-contained, two-bed flats and proposed change of use of the ground floor from office use to retail shop at the front with a studio flat to the rear - now proposed change to hours of operation, with no customers remaining on the premises outside the hours of 0800 to 2300 Monday to Sunday and the retails store vacated by all staff by 23.30 Monday to Sunday.

Application for variation of condition 2 (Approved plans) of APP/Z0116/W/21/3289000 permission 20/02864/F First-floor and raised single storey rear extensions. Change of use of The Windmill Public House and conversion into 5 flats (Use Class C3). Reinstatement of the basement beneath 3 Eldon Terrace to residential use (retrospective). Minor external alterations and sub-division of the rear garden area. Amendment sought to keep existing floor levels in unit 2 and omit rear extension to unit 2.

Application under section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary condition 2 of permission 17/03505/RECON for the Demolition of Nos 20-24 Station Road and redevelopment with two/two and a half storey building to form 27 retirement apartments for the elderly including communal facilities, access, car parking and landscaping, to allow the addition of a conservatory to the north-west façade (RETROSPECTIVE).

Conversion of roof space to form 1no 3 bedroom flat and 1no 2 bedroom flat and associated roof alterations including raising ridge height, removal of central chimney, new dormers to East, North and West elevations and roof lights to South elevation. External alterations including two storey rear and side infill extension and creation of basement accommodation and courtyard, in order to allow the reconfiguration existing flats on ground and first floors.
