Variation of Condition No.5 of DC/20/5084/LBC - Listed Building Consent (Alterations and refurbishment of dwelling, including new single-storey extension. Conversion of former stables building for residential annexe accommodation) - To permit the alterations to the house and the conversion of the annex to be commenced independently. Also to remove the words "building work" from the Condition in respect of the existing dwelling, since this implies that repair and maintenance work not covered by the Consent may not be put in hand.

Variation on condition two on planning app 18/01301/FUL -The static caravan hereby permitted shall only be used as residential accommodation in connection with the existing commercial stables at Meadow View Stables and shall at no time be severed and occupied as a separate independent dwelling unit.
