Variation of Conditions 2 (Approved plans) of application 21/01465/FUL to allow for addition of new substation, ceramic coatings to the back of curtain glazing, ground floor windows, ventilation louvres, omission of plant room door, revision of external works and landscaped area on 5th floor terrace. Boundary treatment proposal details. Amended pinaccle design. Increased height of lift shaft and staircases.

Demolition of existing garage outbuilding and workshop in rear garden for relocation to west boundary.
