T2: Crab Apple Small tree overhanging one of the access roads. - Lift the low-hanging branches over the road to approx. 3 metres above the road. There is visible damage to the tree from passing vehicles. - Reduce the crown by approx. 1.5 metres to create a tight and tidy shape. G1: Cherry x 4 - 4 Cherry trees in front of the office block windows. - Lightly trim so the branches no longer rub on the ground floor windows. G2: Crab Apple & Maple - 2 trees in narrow section between 2 buildings. - Lightly trim so the branches no longer touch the windows.

Removal of any deadwood over 50mm in diameter from canopy and epicormic growth up to 2m on the main trunk. (Reason) Due to tree encroachment. Location - car park near sample office. - T2-Prune unidentified tree, cut back limbs resting on spotlights and camera, reduce by approx.2 metre overall from the growing tip to lateral crown.

T1- Lime- re pollard removing 4m of growth to maintan in its current location. T2- Laurel- cut back to fence line removing 2m. T3- Yew- cut back from building to clear by 1.5m removing 1m. T4- Laburnum- reduce back from offices by 1.5m.

It is the intention to install a timber garden room in the rear garden of the property. The building will be a suitable distance from the two trees which have a TPO and which are shown on the accompanying sketch plan. The company installing the building (Smart Garden Offices) are aware of the protected root system and plan to use a ground-screw piling system which enables them to avoid roots if they are encountered. There is no work to the trees themselves planned as part of this build.

1. T1 - Hornbeam - Lean to building, looks like minor root heave, broken peeling bark. Fell to ground level. 2. T2 - Holly - Prune back away from house. 3. T3 - Holly - Totally overgrown in height relation to house, heavy reduction would look unsightly, sat amongst large number of other Holly trees. Fell to ground level. 4. T4 - Holly - Suppressed by large tree that has caused quick growth. Removal to allow more light and ease of movement around site. Fell to ground level. 5. T5 - False Acacia - Leaning towards large Georgian building, is being held up with strap with is anchored to smaller tree, removal to avoid potential hazardous issue. Fell to ground level. 6. T6 - Fir - Crown Raise of lower branches, approx 5 - 7 metres in height mainly pointing towards offices. 7. G1 - Holly Trees - Large group of competing trees, multi stemmed, singular, almost a hedge line. Fell to ground level in order either replant or establish an actual fence line. (2022/TPO/0150/LCC)
