T42 Beech - Tree is approximately 12 metres tall. Reduce the height of the Crown by 20%. After work has been completed the tree will be approximately 9.6 metres above ground level. T41 Sycamore - Tree is approximately 12 metres tall. Reduce the height of the crown by 20% and reduce one branch by 3 meters that is extending over the roof at No.5. Direction of branch is North facing. T40 Sycamore - Tree is approximately 13 metres tall. Reduce the height of the Crown by 20% and remove a couple of branches that are crossing the boundary to neighbouring houses at no.3 and no.8. Branches are South facing. After work has been completed the tree will be approximately 10.5 metres above ground level. T38 Cherry - Tree is approximately 15 metres tall. Reduce the height of the Crown by 20% and remove one branch that extends over the conservatory at no.5. Branch is East facing. After work has been completed the tree will be 12 meters above ground level. T39 Cherry - Tree is approximately 15 metres tall. Reduce the height of the Crown by 20%, remove one branch that extends over the conservatory at no.5. This branch is East facing. Also remove one branch which is over the boundary into neighbours garden at no.3, this branch is North facing. After work has been completed the tree will be 12 meters above ground level.

T.1 (applicant's ref) mature Copper Beech rear of the garage - reduce overall by approx 20-25% by removal of approx 2-2.5m in height and lateral growth and up to approx 3.5m on the lower lateral growth growing over the conservatory. Prune branches to provide clearance of approx 2m to the garage. Reason: to bring protruding branches back into shape and profile with the remaining tree and provide clearance to garage/conservatory roof to mitigate against any damage. Fell Sycamore in rear - excessive shading; overhangs house; excessive fouling by birds and squirrels; excessive sap on conservatory roof and glass. I don't wish to replace, but, would like to keep part of the trunk. I think our garden is sinking as the tree takes all the moisture.

T1 - Beech - Fell to ground level. Tree has outgrown its position within a small garden blocking natural sunlight for nearly the whole day in summer months. Continual problem with pigeon guano all over garden as shown in photos making garden un-usable plus associated health problems for homeowners dog. Falling branches have caused damage to conservatory roof. No replant due to surrounding trees and limited space in garden.
