T9 - Create a vertical clearance of 3m from conservatory and a crown lift of 5m

Erection of a detached 3-bedroom house, access, parking, cycle store, sheds, new trees and soft landscaping, following the demolition of double garage, garden buildings, conservatory and timber panel boundary fences.

Rear Garden - Adjacent to North Boundary. Pine: Leaning, fell as close to ground level as possible. T1 is leaning and needs to be removed. Pine: Remove 4 low branches to the east side, remove dead and diseased wood, the branches are leaning onto the conservatory and will cause damage if they are not removed. Beech x2 & Pine - 6737, Cut back to a vertical line 2.5 metres from the edge of the property. Both T4 and T5 are too large for the space and are causing unacceptable amounts of shade. Pine - 6788, Leaning over chimney. Fell as close to ground level as possible. T6 needs to be removed to abate any further moss and damp on/ within the house.

Notice of intent to carry out works to tree protected by Tree Preservation Order 11/10 - Reduce crown of Oak by 3 metres dead wood and remove lowest limb growing over conservatory and Reduce the crown by 3 metres and dead wood. The tree is approx 24 metres with a approx canopy spread of 6 metres.

Scotts Pine heavily leaning towards house and conservatory - Fell.

Demolition of existing rear Conservatory and proposed erection of a two storey rear extension; removal of Ash Tree with Tree Preservation Order (TPO) and replace with a Hazel Tree.

RE1347- Reduce Silver Birch growing next to the house by 1.5 meters all round. The tree is overhanging the conservatory and has been dropping branches on the building below. The tree has never been worked on and needs some routine maintenance to retain its amenity value and health. Reduce Silver Birch on main lawn by 3 meters to maintain the structural integrity of the branches. The tree has become very leggy and branches could start snapping out if left. Section fell large ash tree overhanging the junction of woodland way and sandy lane. The tree has ash die back on one whole side and has been dropping some sizable limbs onto the road over the last few months. Due to its location and the fact it has die back I fell its unsafe to retain the tree. BAN33 - Reduce Cherry Tree in rear garden on boundary by 1 meter back to old growth points as part of routine maintenance on the tree.

Fell Sycamore in rear - excessive shading; overhangs house; excessive fouling by birds and squirrels; excessive sap on conservatory roof and glass. I don't wish to replace, but, would like to keep part of the trunk. I think our garden is sinking as the tree takes all the moisture.

Notice of intent to carry out works to tree protected by Tree Preservation Order 15/01 - Flowering cherry tree - Removal to stump as crown is now 10M and comes within 1.5 M of conservatory, covers over half garden (placing garden in shade the majority of the day) and significantly encroaches on neighbour's property (overhangs in excess of 2M)

T1 - Beech - Fell to ground level. Tree has outgrown its position within a small garden blocking natural sunlight for nearly the whole day in summer months. Continual problem with pigeon guano all over garden as shown in photos making garden un-usable plus associated health problems for homeowners dog. Falling branches have caused damage to conservatory roof. No replant due to surrounding trees and limited space in garden.
