The front Class E shop unit remains with the addition of a WC space to be self-contained. Demolition of an existing infill conservatory and replaced with a flat roof extension with skylights to link the main house to the rear studio. Existing PVC windows are replaced throughout with double glazed timber windows. Existing rear aluminium doors to the current studio are replaced with 3 sliding doors and 2 roof skylights are added to the rear roof facade.

Change of use from residential dwelling (C3) to a 3no bedroom house of multiple occupation (C4) incorporating replacement of glazed roof to conservatory with timber roof and clay interlocking tiles, installation of metal railings to first floor roof terrace with revised fenestration and associated works.
