Erection of a two storey extension to the rear of the existing back addition; erection of a single storey extension to the side and rear of the existing back addition, following the demolition of existing shed; alterations to the rear elevation of existing rear roof extension to include installation of a new window following the removal of existing windows; removal of existing window and installation of a new window, to the rear of first floor back addition. Non material amendment to allow for full enclosure of stair case, replacement of single wide garage door with 2 x garage doors, open corner with extended roof canopy to be filled in and disconnection of neighbours sheds and re-establishment of boundary line pursuant to NE/23/00271/FUL - Raise the roof of existing detached garage/outbuilding to include loft space over with external staircase; and change to external wall finishes on adjacent bungalow.

Removal of internal partition walls and staircases. Installation of new internal staircases, partition walls and create new door openings.

Demolition of existing shed, greenhouse, storage area and erection of single storey front, side, and rear extensions including new entrance porch, two rooflights on rear roofslope and 3 new dormers on the approved roof.
