Cut back branches from two trees that overhang garden and shed.

Details required by Condition 3 (Ecology), Condition 6 (Biodiversity), Condition 8 (Suds) and Condition 9 (Tree protection) of Planning Permission 21/01492 for Replacement dwelling following demolition of existing dwelling and 4 No. sheds.

T1 - Ash - to fell as the tree is getting quite big and dominating the garden also quite close to property, also sheds a lot of dead branches

T1: multi stemmed Chestnut: Heavy crown reduction requesting 30-40% approx 8-10m from a lateral growth. T2: multi stemmed chestnut approx 16m in height, requesting de-limb approx 4.5m due to growth over garage and shed. Heavy reduction 30-40% approx 6-8m from a lateral growth. Growing on bank requesting heavy reduction to benefit surrounding buildings and roads. (TPO 30, 1991)

Submission of a tree protection plan pursuant to condition 4 of permission 20/00254/F. Alterations to existing detached house and conversion into 6 self contained flats. 4x2b-2x1b. Provision of 10 car parking spaces. Conversion of external shed into bicycle storage and refuse storage.

Discharge of condition 7 (tree survey) of CHE/17/00804 - Conversion of existing goat shed/stables into holiday let using shared access drive.

Holly Trees - Reduce in height to approx 5m as work previously carried out Cedar - Remove lower branches Sycamore - Remove 1 leaning limb and crown lift over the shed (All work indicated on Photographs)

To remove by section fell 2 x Sycamore trees. These trees have grown very large and have signs of sooty bark disease and as such Mr Waters would like them removed as he believes if a major limb failed it could do damage to his large shed which contains a very valuable train collection. This would also allow other trees to have room to flourish and allow him to re-plant more appropriate trees for this part of his garden. I am told these trees were not planted deliberately but were self seeded and left to grow to maturity. All of the trees have little amenity value.
