Non material amendment on application 22/01253/FUL for the basis of the original proposals and internal layout of the building has been re-considered and consequently the internal layout of the shop space has been redesigned, increasing the cold storage and associated agricultural activity, the sorting and grading areas within the existing 25m x 20m area of the building. The result has been to loose the Cafe area within the building and to include the fromer small sheltered outside cafe seating area within the envelope of the building.

Non-Material Amendment to permission 19/00504/FUL granted 21.11.2019 for: Conversion of redundant agricultural building to form 2 new dwellings and annexe to be used as ancillary accommodation to the existing dwelling The Old Hyde and construction of detached workshop building. Amendment would allow addition of cladding to the back and side of the workshop/carport an increase of the window height and an additional rooflight.

Non-Material Amendment to approved application 21/03124/HH granted under appeal APP/Z1510/W/22/3293154 on 19.12.2022 for: Demolition of existing conservatory and associated terrace, single-storey link building and lean-to extensions connected to the original farmhouse of Old Applecroft Farm. Erection of single-storey link extension, reinstatement of the southern facade of the listed farmhouse, minor internal alterations to the listed farmhouse, replacement windows to the listed farmhouse, two-storey extension and re-cladding to the north block, internal alterations to the north block and all associated site works. Amendment would allow for: Alterations to the proposed cladding, window arrangement, internal arrangement, external staircase, inglenook and chimney of the north range; alterations to the timber of the windows and doors to the proposed link block; alterations to the proposed entrance steps.
