Variation of condition 2 of planning permission ref: 2019/03142/FUL granted 14th January 2020 for the 'Erection of a front and rear roof extension involving an increase in the ridge height to match the existing ridge heights of the adjoining properties at 65 and 69 Carthew Road; erection of a rear extension at second floor level, on top of the existing back addition; erection of a single storey rear extension, to the side and rear of the existing back addition, following demolition of the existing conservatory.'
