Demolition of existing trees, garages and car park. Construction of new conservatory and patio, scooter store, bike stores and car parking.

T2 (Oak) - Remove fallen branch material. Remove larger deadwood. Cut back remains of snapped branch, to reduce future decay. Reduce the lowest branch by 1m (overhanging neighbours garden). Thin the clusters of growth on other branches. T1 (Silver Birch) - reduce branch extending over conservatory. Subject to Tree Preservation Order no. 7 of 1996
