Amendments sought are changes to the internal arrangements and a window of the Listed Building, enlargement of the basement level, minor internal and external alterations including changes to roof level PV panels and plant enclosures and changes to the roof terrace screen of the extension building, and alterations to the landscaping and external ramp, including a new plant enclosure within parking area; clarification of condition 8; change of trigger points for submission of details for conditions 9, 11 and 16.' Amendments to the rear elevation planting and brick work comprising of installation of high quality faux planting and reduce brick protrudes to 15mm.
