yew tree - crown lift branches on the lower shed roof and crown reduction of 20% (require in meters - awaiting confirmation from applicant)

T1 Yew - to remove and replant same species in garden - The proposal is to remove the tree in its entirety. This isudue to: - Its placement close to the boundary and to structures such as a pre 20th century coal shed, dry stone wall and the existing dwelling. -The trunk is split ind the tree is in poor condition - The tree is in close proximity to a recently consented proposal - The tree is ulifting the paving. - The polt is substantial and new trees are better placed in the open and large garden provision, closer to the river.

1 No. sycamore tree and 1. No. oak tree - 20% reduction with a crown lift of between 4-5m and the removal of all dead wood. 2 No. beech trees - 20% reduction and removal of dead wood, along with the overhanging branches onto the greenhouse and shed in the rear garden of No. 16 Blythe Way and a crown lift of between 4-5m. 1 No. beech tree in the garden of No.34 Brueton Avenue (by the rear boundary of No. 18 Blythe Way) 20% reduction with a crown lift of between 4-5m and the removal of all dead wood.

T05 - Sycamore - self-sown tree on boundary of garden, Grown through fence, Causing damage to fence and undermining neighbouring shed, Minor deadwood present in Crown in range of 25mm and smaller, No fruiting bodies present at time of inspection. Recommendation - Carefully fell to near ground level.Treat stump using eco plugs. T06 - Silver Maple - Roots growing through base of boundary brick wall, Main stem within 5m of dwelling, Crown reduced in past, Minor deadwood present in Crown in range of 25mm and smaller, Casting vast shading over apartments creating damp conditions within apartments, Low lateral branches overhanging public footpath and dwelling, No fruiting bodies present at time of inspection. Recommendation - Carefully fell to near ground level. Grind stump to a depth of 300mm below ground level.
