Application for a minor material amendment to vary conditions 1 (approved plans), 3 (contamination), 4 (materials), 5 (walls/fence) and 6 (cycle store) of previously approved AWDM/1321/16. Amendments include alterations to window and door details, wall finishes, cycle store design, and updated Phase 1 report, to regularise the development as built, and inclusion of previously approved boundary wall.

Removal of existing rear lean-to element and utility room roof. Proposed replacement lean-to roof to south elevation including raised height of boundary wall and alterations to windows and doors to all elevations.
