Demolition of front wall, chimney and conservatory to east. Proposed roof extension from full hip to barn-hip end, roof lights to front and 1no. dormer with Juliet balcony to rear. Application for a minor material amendment to vary conditions 1 (approved plans), 3 (contamination), 4 (materials), 5 (walls/fence) and 6 (cycle store) of previously approved AWDM/1321/16.
