1,2,5,6,7,8,9 numbered trees on property to have a crown lift up to 2m and a reduction of 30% to avoid damage on neighbouring property and trees 3 & 4 to be removed due to decay

Removal of copper beach tree (T1)

1. Monterey Cypress - Reduce height from 18m to 12m and reduce spread from 14m to 10m 2. Lawson Cypree - reduce height from 9m to 5m and reduce spread from 6m to 4m 3. Ash Tree - trim back annual growth of new wood to a height of 3m 4. Acer Purple King - trim back annual growth of new wood to maintain height of 5m and spread of 4m 5. Himalayan Silver Birch - reduce height from 7m to 4m and reduce spread from 8m to 4m 6. Silver Birch - reduce height from 7m to 5m and reduce spread from 8m to 5m

Removal of two over hanging branches on neighbouring property

T1 Oak tree (TPO No 6/2003) removal of minor branches overhanging the garage of 6 The Parklands and removal of branches up to 75mm maximum to leave 1m clear space from garage to reduce the risk of property damage
