G1: Removal to ground level of 2x Conifers on R/H boundary of property. Trees are preventing light getting into the houses and are at risk of damaging the property due to their proximity . Trees are beyond management , they're stopping light getting to the property and the intention is to replant the area that they currently occupy with fruit trees.

The tree is a large conifer on the edge of the property boundary adjacent to the Cheddington Road heading towards Wing. I have attached a map/plan and have marked the approximate location of the tree in red. I have also enclosed two photographs of the tree taken from the back of Laundry Lodge. I would like to remove the tree.

We plan to reduce the neighbouring cherry by approximately 1-2m to take it back from overhanging the garden. The hazel on the boundary of No1 Cross Road is also to be reduced by 1-2m I actually think this would fall under the 75mm diameter at 1.2m height anyway. The final task would be to coppice the hazel at the rear of the rear garden. I actually believe this falls just outside the conservation boundary looking at the portal maps. The reason for the coppicing is to allow better regeneration, habitat for the wildlife and be able to maintain at a more suitable size for the location of the tree.

T1: Lift crown of Willow by to approx 2m from ground on lawn side to enable the grass to be mowed. T2: Reduce Hawthorne by approx 2m in height to manage as part of hedge. T3: Lift Chestnut by 1m on garden side to allow light into bed below. G1: Reduce lateral growth by 2-3m to boundary line to clear property.

T1 Ash- Reduce lower lateral on eastern side of tree by 6m. Lower lateral limb has Inonotus hispidus bracket approx. 2.5m along the top of the limb. Limb has a high lever arm over neighbouring boundary and new fencing. There is a high likelihood of failure due to the presence of Innonotus.

T1 - Maple - Reduce growth that extends towards the Matravers House back garden by around 2 m. Clear growth from around the BT cable and BT pole by at least 1 m. To improver light levels to garden below and Green house. T2 - Sycamore - Growth that extends towards the Matravers House back garden by around 1.5 meters. Remove any growth that grows toward the BT pole or BT cables. To improver light levels to garden below and Green house. T3- Sliver Brich - Remove all growth extended over Matravers House back garden to my property. To allow us to achieve this some pruning cuts will be made inside the neighbours boundary.
