Variation of Condition 4 (approved plans and documents), Condition 30 (highway design) and Condition 34 (employment floor space limit) of 17/02534/OUT relating to the erection of a business park of up to 60,000 sq.m (GEA) of flexible Class B1(a) office / Class B1(b) research & development floorspace (now Under Use Class E); associated vehicle parking, landscaping, highways, infrastructure and earthworks (Original Application accompanied by an Environmental Statement)

Application for reserve matters pursuant to outline planning permission 10/02649/AOP relating to access, appearance, landscaping, scale and layout for the erection of 383 dwellings and associated infrastructure. Variation of condition 7 (materials) relating to application 19/01732/ADP - The materials to be used in the development shall be as shown on amended drawing no. P003 rev D (Materials distribution plan) with the bricks and tiles to be as follows: Brick Type 1 - Weinerberger Ewhurst Medium Multi Brick type 2 - Weinerberger Warnham Red Brick type 3 - Weinergberger Chartham Multi Brick type 4 - Forterra Clumber Red Roof tiles: Forticrete SL8 Brown, Forticrete SL8 Sunrise blend, Forticrete SL8 Red Forticrete SL8 Grey. The development shall be carried out using the approved materials. For the avoidance of doubt this does not include the use of grey weatherboarding.

Application for Certificate of Appropriate Alternative Development for (i) the conversion of the existing stable block permitted under planning reference 03/01263/APP to a single dwellinghouse (C3) with associated car parking and garden with access via Rocky Lane (ii) the erection of a dwelling (C3) on land between Chiltern Million and the existing stable block

Use of the land for the stationing of a caravan (Merstone Farm Lodge) used as a unit of independent residential accommodation the position of which is shown marked on The Plan; operational development comprising the erection of two detached outbuildings the positions of which are shown marked on The Plan used for purposes ancillary to the residential occupation of the caravan; and, use of the surrounding land for purposes ancillary to the residential occupation of the caravan.
