Application for a lawful development certificate for a proposed removal of the existing single-skinned steel oil tank from the back of the house, replacing it with a bunded 2,500 litre oil tank out of sight in the garden. The work involves the laying of a concrete slab, installation of tank and installation of an oil feed line back to the house. We propose the erection of a garden shed to provide storage for garden tools.
