Paper Mill House Dadford Road Stowe Buckinghamshire MK18 5DA

A limb of a multi-stemmed Lime tree failed and fell on the garage roof of a residential house. I have cleared the fallen stem but would like consent to coppice the remainder of the tree to ground level as I am concerned from a safety perspective due to decay in the base.

Church Farm House 23 Church Road Ickford Buckinghamshire HP18 9HZ

T1 Willow Fell to ground level and grind stump to 12 inches below ground level. The tree is within striking distance of the grade 2 listed building. It is an over mature specimen and is showing signs of stress. There are numerous cavities present. Overall, the tree is of poor form and vulnerable to failure. The roots are also showing signs of causing damage to the garage floor. Client kindly requests to fell as they are concerned that is the tree fails is could be very dangerous to the house. They would like to replant with a more suitable fruit tree as a replacement - further away from the property. T2 Ash Crown Reduction - Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 3 metres. Tree has internal decay within the trunk in multiple places. Reducing the overall sail area would be prudent to reduce the risk of parts of or the entire tree failing. Ultimately this tree will need removing, the reduction is only likely to buy the tree several more years until removal should be considered

The Red House 22 Aylesbury Road Wendover Buckinghamshire HP22 6JQ

I have attached to this application a set of photos of the tree in question and the aerial view of the garden, showing where it sits. The tree in question is a mature sycamore, one of a line of sycamores which run along the back of the garden for The Red House. Whilst the tree is in a conservation area, it is not subject to a Tree Preservation Order The tree itself is in good condition and no work is required on the main trunk and branches of the tree. Whilst the tree is in the garden of The Red House, Aylesbury Road, HP22 6JQ, it is at the back of the garden, adjacent to the end of the garden of 39 The Poplars. The residents of 39 the Poplars have requested we seek permission to cut back the epicormic growth at the base of the tree, which they feel is impinging upon their garage/shed, as illustrated by the last photo attached We have no objection to this work being carried out and will be happy to do the work ourselves, provided that the Council is content for us to proceed.

Trees Garage House Shed
22/01907/ATC | Tree - Conservation Area

Garden Cottage Upper Street Tingewick Buckinghamshire MK18 4QL

The tree in question is a silver birch. The tree is now between 15 and 20m tall, located in the middle of the garden. It presents a danger to the house (which is less than 15m away). It also prevents our plans for solar panels on the south facing garage roof to the rear (subject to heritage permission as we are a grade II listed building), and it is far too large for the location it currently occupies. When planted, the tree was at the end of the garden (hence the boundary of the conservation area was set at the end of the original garden. Since then however the garden has been extended, and the tree has grown to a height out of proportion with its location in the garden. Our plan is to replace this tree with two much smaller ornamental cherry trees, which will be kept at the same height as the apple trees on the other side of the path (see photo 3) around 3-5 meters high. We will take down the tree, and use the majority of the canopy for mulch within our garden. Once the root is ground out the new trees will be planted. We have taken advice from Nick Hanks at Greensleeves Estate and Countryside management who has done work on the tree in the past, but taking height out of the tree will leave it misshapen, as its not a species that responds well to having the canopy reduced, and as we would like to fit solar panels over the next couple of years, this work would be a precursor to any solar work being successful. The work to remove the tree will be done by Greensleeves and the timing of the work also agreed with Greensleeves to avoid any sensitive times of year, particularly nesting season.
