T1 Ash. Observations. This Ash tree has become very large and is overdue maintenance. The tree is touching the neighboring house, it also overhangs the highway and footpath. Recommended works: Cut back encroaching branches and vegetation touching house to provide 2m clearance. Crown raise the tree 3m over the footpath and 6m over the carriageway to provide statutory clearance (advisory only.)

T1 Sycamore (approx. 500mm DBH) 20% crown reduction and thin to BS 3998 to mirror existing form. This will considerably reduce shading to the garden and south aspect of the house.

T2 Sycamore: Observations. This sycamore tree is situated at the front of the house. Suggested Works: Crown Reduction - Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 2 metres. Remove all arisings. Works kindly requested by resident who feels tree is becoming large for its position and would like to contain, maintain and cosmetically balance. G1 Mixed: PLEASE NOTE: Trees belong to resident at 11 Hale Road, Wendover, HP22 6NE Observations. This group of trees consisting of Hazel, Field Maple and Ash are touching the client's house, which the client has reported is causing damage to their roof. Suggested works: Side back growth from side of house to give 1m clearance.

Beech Tree T15 Picture 1 shows the tree (fully mature 60 feet high) in relation to the driveway (access for all residents on the site). The branches to be reduced are circled, and are rather separate from the main canopy, which will be unaffected by this work. Only about three or four metres of the lowest three branches would be affected. These branches are often struck by large vehicles entering the properties at Stockgrove Park House. Pictures 2 and 3 show these in close up.

T1 Silver birch, re-reduce birch tree by approximately 4 metres. T2 Ash, remove stem from Ash tree nearest the house and reduce back remaining crown by 2 metres on garden side. T3 Walnut, reduce back 3 overextended limbs on garden side by approximately 2 metres.

T1 - Indian Bean - Crown Reduce - Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 1.5 metre. The reason for the works is to maintain the tree at an appropriate size for its setting and remove tips that are currently pushing against the house.

Crown reduction of: 1. One beech 9.0m tall - reduction by 4.5m 2. One yew tree 6.8m tall - reduction by 3.4m 3. One yew tree 7.1m tall - reduction by 3.5m Removal of 7.1m tall yew tree (point 3) - this tree is situated on the corner of the crossroads. It requires continued maintenance for road user safety. The tree blocks a considerable amount of natural light and skyline from the house. It is dark and oppressive, and this is impacting the mental health of a member of the household. This tree is fast growing and ongoing maintenance is at a considerable cost.

Common Beech tree (Fagus Sylvatica) to west of house (T1 on plan) has grown vigorously to the south east and now overlaps the house with branches in contact with the house roof. Tree to be trimmed by up to 2.4m to maintain adequate clearance from the property and to reduce the drip line from the roof. Work is to protect both the tree and the house from damage due to contact.

I would like to cut down 1x Lombardy Poplar (T1) which is causing an issue for access to the rear of some outbuildings on the Oving House Site. The position of the tree would prevent a replacement. Although there are still three trees in the row (T2,T3 & T4) that will remain (see sketch plan).

G1 - G3 - 3 x Oak Trees - Remove major deadwood throughout whole crown area (Deadwood > 25mm in diameter). Reduce back the lateral extent growing towards the house and garden by 1-2m. G4 - Lime - Remove major deadwood throughout whole crown area (Deadwood > 25mm in diameter). Remove basal growth and epicormics up to 3m. Reason: To manage and maintain the trees within their residential environment.
