T2 Sycamore: Observations. This sycamore tree is situated at the front of the house. Suggested Works: Crown Reduction - Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 2 metres. Remove all arisings. Works kindly requested by resident who feels tree is becoming large for its position and would like to contain, maintain and cosmetically balance. G1 Mixed: PLEASE NOTE: Trees belong to resident at 11 Hale Road, Wendover, HP22 6NE Observations. This group of trees consisting of Hazel, Field Maple and Ash are touching the client's house, which the client has reported is causing damage to their roof. Suggested works: Side back growth from side of house to give 1m clearance.

Tree number 4 on RA report - Sycamore Base 30 cm from out-building and stem 20 centimetres from roof. High growth potential and likely to cause damage in the future, but currently not causing obvious damage, and removal at this stage is not clearly required. Low branches in contact with roof. No defects seen. Recommendation - Remove low branches in contact with roof Tree number 5 On RA report Ash Slender stem with pronounced lean from competition with Tree 4. In contact with fence. Short retention span. No sign of ash die-back disease. Recommendation - Remove

Common Beech tree (Fagus Sylvatica) to west of house (T1 on plan) has grown vigorously to the south east and now overlaps the house with branches in contact with the house roof. Tree to be trimmed by up to 2.4m to maintain adequate clearance from the property and to reduce the drip line from the roof. Work is to protect both the tree and the house from damage due to contact.

T1 Yew - Remove lower growth on tree that is extended towards barn. This to include removal of 4 low limbs. The remaining growth extended across towards barn is to be reduced by around 1.5 meters to give a more upright balanced shape to the tree with around 4 meters clearance over ground on the barn side. This work is in order to improve the overall balance and form of the tree which currently has a very one sided crown shape, biassed towards the adjacent barn. The work is also to improve access on the drive and to give better clearance from the barn roof. T2 Copper Beech - Crown reduce by around 1.5 meters in height and spread to a well balanced, more compact tree with reduced sail area. Remove all major dead wood and sever Ivy at base of tree. This tree is infected with Kretzschmaria deusta and hence there will be an increased risk of failure. The reduction work specified will reduce the sail area and lessen the risk of failure without compromising the visual appeal of the tree. This tree is now showing signs of decline with a sparser than average foliage density and die-back of some branches.

213424- Other cherry spp, Prunus spp- Reduce branches away from the roof and aerial to gain 2m clearance. Remove deadwood from the tree. 5593- Ash, Fraxinus excelsior- Self set sycamore and ash between stone wall and wooden fence, they are causing damage to the wooden fence. Reduce all these self set species along the road front to ground level and eco plug where possible. ABC Low voltage line runs adjacent to the top of the crowns, BT wire runs 2m lower through the crowns. TM req???d.

5646- Ash, Fraxinus excelsior- Reduce to ground level. 5630- Tulip tree, Liriodendron tulipifera- Sever and clear ivy upto 1.5m. Reduce branches back from roof to gain 2m clearance. 5633- Ash, Fraxinus excelsior- Reduce/fell to ground level. 5634- Elm, Ulmus spp- Reduce dead and almost dead Elm to ground level. 5638- Elm, Ulmus spp- Reduce marked elm and ash (dead or severe dieback) to hedge height or 1.5m. 5636- Scots pine, Pinus sylvestris- fell at ground level

1 Bay tree (hidden under cherry tree planted in 1 The Croft). 30% height reduction plus pruning 2 Bronze leafed tree - up to 50% reduction of the height of the crown. Previous pruning led to a growth spurt, so there are lots of small branches growing straight up and we'd like to prune those out 3 Leylandii -up to 30% reduction to keep in check 4 Leylandii - 5 A group of three silver barked birch trees. These need reduction of about 25% as they are now very close to the roof of the house. 6 Yew tree 30% height reduction and pruning as the space is very congested. 7 Holly tree - not sure if this counts as a tree or shrub. About 20% all round prune to get back to a (more or less) conical shape

A limb of a multi-stemmed Lime tree failed and fell on the garage roof of a residential house. I have cleared the fallen stem but would like consent to coppice the remainder of the tree to ground level as I am concerned from a safety perspective due to decay in the base.

T1 : Willow. Removal to ground level . Tree is dead. T2-T3: Maple. Reduce majority of crown to historic wounds ( 2-3m) to create a smaller balanced crown ( please see image 2) . Reduce lateral spread over neighbouring boundary to approx 1 m beyond historic wounds ( 3-4m) . This is to minimise the growth over the roof and against house. ( Please see image 3)

G1 - Mixed linear group of Cypress and Elder. Cut back the overhanging tree and shrub growth at the rear of the cottage to provide a minimum clearance of 1.5 m off the rear of the coattage. These trees are encroaching over roof and gutters of cottage. T1. Box Elder - Remove lower growth to raise crown to 3.5 meters T2. Crab Apple - Reduce crown height and spread by around 1 meter T1 & T2 are overgrown and neglected and hinder use of and light to cottage and garden
