The Kennels Stowe School Stowe Park Stowe Buckinghamshire MK18 5EH

T1 Ash Crown spread - 18m Height - 19m Work required : - Reduce crown by 4-5m and remove major deadwood A substantial and beautiful tree that has been allowed to flourish uninterrupted over a significant period of time. The owner remembers the tree when it was a sapling! Large branches overhang the stables and other out buildings. They are overextended and a reduction would elevate the stress reducing the risk of failure. This would mitigate the risk that the tree poses to the buildings it overhangs.

Kedua Oving Road Whitchurch Buckinghamshire HP22 4ER

The tree is an aspen, labelled T1 . This tree is around 20m high and has a public footpath and livery stables to one side and a house to the rear, as shown in the attached plan "aspen position". This tree has lost a number of large branches in very windy and stormy weather (as can be seen from the attached photos) and has caused damage to the property behind as well as a period where a branch overhung the stables until we could get someone to deal with it. The branches were found to be diseased explaing why they fell. In summer, when the tree is in full leaf, the branches become very heavy leading to the potential for danger to anyone underneath. It is also unbalanced as a result of the breakage but new growth can be seen below the proposed cutting line (aspen proposed cutting line.jpg). We have contacted the two neighbours most affected by the threat from the tree and they support this. The proposal is to reduce the height by around 40%, encouraging further growth much lower down and reducing the risk of danger to people and property in the area.

Ivy Farm 12 The Green Great Horwood Buckinghamshire MK17 0RH

Felling of "Grafted" Apple/Pear Hybrid. This tree is growing against the wall of 12 The Green, Great Horwood on the driveway side. This building is grade II listed. Reason(s) for removal: This wall has experienced previous structural movement. The foundations for buildings of this type and age are limited. Removal will help to keep the wall in a stable condition. This wall is experiencing high levels of damp penetration. Root stock is known to hold significant levels of moisture and this is transferred to the base of the traditional solid wall construction leading to damp penetration. Phased crown reduction, leading to removal of Yew. This Yew tree is very close to the rear of the house. Quote from building surveyors report "There is a large tree very close to the rear of the property and this is within influencing distance of the building and is a potential risk to the structural integrity of the property. It would be appropriate to draw up a programme of reduction and phased removal." This work has been discussed and planned with a local Arborist who looks after the other trees at this address. They indicate that it is best carried out over 2/3 years.

Lower Farm 62 Main Road Drayton Parslow Buckinghamshire MK17 0JS

The tree to be taken down is a Ash Tree and requires a 211 notice, I have been advise by JP Moore Arboriculturalist that the tree has Ashdie back disease. The tree has a hole going down the hole of the middle of the tree trunk, as you will see from the photos I am provide part of the tree fell and nearly hit my neighbour, the tree is very dangerous and also live stock stand under the tree, horses are stabled near by. There is another section of the tree that looks like it could fall any time. The tree is located next to my paddock and stable, also my neighbours horses stand under the tree to shade, as the tree also is next to her paddock.
