A large limb fell from this tree last week , it appears to be a 15 or so year lapsed pollard . The cavities appear to extend down from one or 2 central cuts . It is likely to fail again in the near future I would like to reduce it back to the original Cut to remove the danger .

T1 Field Maple - Selectively Crown Reduce - Reducing the height and spread of the tree around 1.5 metres removing more growth on the side towards the barn property to redress overall balance and reduce extension and vigour of codominant stem extended towards barn. (This limb has a poorly formed union close to its base). T2. Field Maple - Remove tree because it is close to boundary fence with insufficient space to develop due to proximity of adjacent Cherry T3 and is beginning to impact on fence. T3. Cherry - Selectively crown reduce - Reducing height and spread by around 1.5 meters to improve crown shape and balance, (particularly needed after removal of T2). T4 Silver Birch - Selectively reduce crown spread by around 0.5 meter to redress crown balance.

29 Baker Street Waddesdon Buckinghamshire HP18 0LG

HI, I am the current owner of Old Manor Cottage, 29 Baker Street Waddesdon which is an 1875 cottage with very shallow foundations on a clay ground so it is subject to instability. There are two large conifer trees at the front of my garden that as you face the property are to the right hand side of it. These trees are approximately 2 metres + higher than my property and are causing two issues. They caused historical subsidence in 2003 before I owned the property which needed them to be pruned to stop the roots growing underneath, this took place before 29 Baker Street was included within the conservation area in 2014.( See details from the website : Areas added in the 2014 Conservation Area Review. The 1990 boundary cut through the grounds of 27a and 29 Baker Street. For the sake clarity and in order to avoid confusion the boundary has been extended to include the whole of the grounds of these properties.) I purchased the property in June 2020 and toward the end of last year started experiencing new subsidence issues, we had the ground surveyed by a company called Geobear and found that the issues were as stated above the house is on shallow foundations with an unstable clay underneath and this was being exacerbated by the tree roots growing underneath the house and sucking the moisture out of the clay. They carried out works to drill down to 2 metre depth every 500mm along the front of the house and along the right hand side up to the rear extension and resin inject under the house to stabilise it. They recommended once these works were complete that I could then go ahead and get the conifer trees pruned to reduce the possibilities of any further issues. So consequently I have contacted Bucks Tree Surgeons, Weedon Road, Aylesbury, HP19 9PB. Josh Tel: 01296 392197 Mobile: 07701392197 with a view to having the trees pruned, they have visited an recommended Crowning the two conifer trees by approximately 2 metres in height and also to trim the branches away fr...

6 Bourton Road Buckingham Buckinghamshire MK18 1BE

There are 2 large ash trees in my garden at 6 Bourton Road which is in a conservation area. I am writing to give notice of crown reduction for both tress following the advice of an arborist and in response to complaints from adjoining properties on McKenzie Close. Back to previous points. 2-3 meters. The branches are overhanging the neighbouring car-park and also the single storey extension on our own property due to recent growth over the last few years. The work will be carried out by a qualified arborist Mr Robert Barnard.

TPO 1996 no 19 INT ID 5694 Silver birch T2, a very large, lovely and healthy tree Tree is now interfering with fence, shed and nearly the side extension to 11 Winterton Drive plus excessive shading to 11 Winterton Drive later in the day. Fell Spruce spp. (S1) and Viburnum spp. (V1) both trees are located in a cobbled courtyard and the roots are affecting the cobbled surface. There is also a stone retaining wall which is cracked and due to the close proximity of the stems there is a strong possibility that the roots are also affecting the foundations and the wall however this is not confirmed. Walnut (W1) to be crown reduced by 2m. There are section were branches extend past the natural shape of the crown by 2 - 4m and so where this occurs the reduction will be 4 -6m to be in line with the rest of the reduction. The reason for the reduction is to give the crown complete symmetry with its shape (picture 1) and also to reduce weight to the scaffold limbs where there are signs of decay on some of these boughs. Is the work are permitted a climbing inspection will also be undertaken
