T1 Ash. Observations. This Ash tree has become very large and is overdue maintenance. The tree is touching the neighboring house, it also overhangs the highway and footpath. Recommended works: Cut back encroaching branches and vegetation touching house to provide 2m clearance. Crown raise the tree 3m over the footpath and 6m over the carriageway to provide statutory clearance (advisory only.)

G1: Removal to ground level of 2x Conifers on R/H boundary of property. Trees are preventing light getting into the houses and are at risk of damaging the property due to their proximity . G2: Removal to ground level of approx 6x Conifers and various Elder . Trees are beyond management , they're stopping light getting to the property and the intention is to replant the area that they currently occupy with fruit trees.

Application to continue general maintenance work as per site specific advice from Environment Agency Fisheries Officer. In particular tree work to be carried out to remove 103 tree limbs of less than 20cm in diameter and 25 tree limbs greater than 20cm diameter with Countryside Stewardship/RPA approval to increase light and air to the ponds (see letter attached) found within the land shown on the DEFRA sketch plan (see also attached). Affected trees mostly Ash, Willow, Hawthorn, Cherry, Alder and Field Maple.
