T1. Lime. Repollard to previous pollard points. This tree has a dense, heavy crown and overhangs surrounding property. It is overbearing and out of scale with surrounding garden and dwellings. T2. Hornbeam. Remove lower growth to raise crown to 3.5 meters over garden. This is to allow better light and space beneath tree. T3. Rowan. Remove tree because it is infected with Honey fungus and the crown is dying back with some main limbs now dead.

St John The Baptists Church Church Way Stone Buckinghamshire

The YEW tree shown on 1) & 2) of the attached document is the tree in question, 3) shows the poor condition of the tree in general. This tree is located within the grounds of the church on the Churchway (public road) boundary opposit to domestic dwellings and the end of the boughs are within 5 meters of the garden wall to these houses. There are 2 boughs which overhang the road as shown in 4) which also shows that the tree is adjacent to the steps from Churchway to the churchyard, an area frequented by churchgoers and public. Within the last year a bough has broken and damaged the fence 6), last week a bough snapped in the wind landing in the churchyard 5). During any windy periods the boughs of the tree creak, signifcantly bending and causing concern for the safety of those living or walking nearby. We have been advised to remove back to the trunk both overhanging boughs 4) and to remove all dead wood as can be reached within the tree canopy.

The Old School House Main Street Shalstone Buckinghamshire MK18 5LT

Trim and cap two large yew trees adjacent to the Northern end of the Old School House. The Yew tree branches overhang the Old School House dwelling and are close to encroaching on the roof structure and rest on some of the roof tiles. The trees in their current state also provide excessive shading and cause constant blockages of guttering and drains in the vicinity. Trimming of the yews to reduce the spread and overhang of the trees to prevent encroachment on the Grade II listed building and reduce shading. Trim and cap two leylandii trees at the North Eastern edge of the Old School House plot adjacent to the home's drive and Main Street. These trees are very large, cause excessive shading and may become unmanageable if allowed to grow further. All four trees will be professionally managed by a qualified arborist / tree surgeon. All four trees are to be retained. All tree heights to be reduced by a third. Ideally work to be carried late summer / autumn.
