Tree number 4 on RA report - Sycamore Base 30 cm from out-building and stem 20 centimetres from roof. High growth potential and likely to cause damage in the future, but currently not causing obvious damage, and removal at this stage is not clearly required. Low branches in contact with roof. No defects seen. Recommendation - Remove low branches in contact with roof Tree number 5 On RA report Ash Slender stem with pronounced lean from competition with Tree 4. In contact with fence. Short retention span. No sign of ash die-back disease. Recommendation - Remove

Removal of mature leylandii hedge comprising of 15 trees from front of property facing Mursley Road. Replacement with post and rail fencing positions 0.3-0.5 metres from pavement edge and planting behind with mixed nature species hedgerow incorporating existing hazel and holly. Removal of single mature Leylandii tree at rear of property. This tree is affecting greenhouse foundations, we would leave the stump/trunk and which is covered with ivy as wildlife habitat.

T1 Ash- Reduce lower lateral on eastern side of tree by 6m. Lower lateral limb has Inonotus hispidus bracket approx. 2.5m along the top of the limb. Limb has a high lever arm over neighbouring boundary and new fencing. There is a high likelihood of failure due to the presence of Innonotus.

213424- Other cherry spp, Prunus spp- Reduce branches away from the roof and aerial to gain 2m clearance. Remove deadwood from the tree. 5593- Ash, Fraxinus excelsior- Self set sycamore and ash between stone wall and wooden fence, they are causing damage to the wooden fence. Reduce all these self set species along the road front to ground level and eco plug where possible. ABC Low voltage line runs adjacent to the top of the crowns, BT wire runs 2m lower through the crowns. TM req???d.

T1 Field Maple - Selectively Crown Reduce - Reducing the height and spread of the tree around 1.5 metres removing more growth on the side towards the barn property to redress overall balance and reduce extension and vigour of codominant stem extended towards barn. (This limb has a poorly formed union close to its base). T2. Field Maple - Remove tree because it is close to boundary fence with insufficient space to develop due to proximity of adjacent Cherry T3 and is beginning to impact on fence. T3. Cherry - Selectively crown reduce - Reducing height and spread by around 1.5 meters to improve crown shape and balance, (particularly needed after removal of T2). T4 Silver Birch - Selectively reduce crown spread by around 0.5 meter to redress crown balance.

Item C - The Hawthorn spread to be reduced by approximately 1m back to the boundary fence. No reduction in height. Item A - No action Item B - No action Item D1 - D11 - The Conifers. Branches to be reduced by length from 50cm to 1.2m back to the boundary fence. No reduction in height. Item E1 - Plum tree to have branches reduced by 1.4m back to the boundary line. No reduction in height. Item E2 - Plum tree to have branches reduced by 1.5m back to the boundary line. No reduction in height All works are for over hanging growth only.

To Remove 1 Ash and 1 Cherry Tree due to Roots causing damage to path and on assessment by a Tree surgeon will most likely damage replacement path and fence due to proximity. Ash is showing signs of distress, epicormic water shoots and branches falling off spontaneously The trees are too near to the fence and boundary - risk of causing damage to fence

There are 12 Leylandii Tree forming a Hedgerow and the front of property as shown in Sketch Plan and images. The 12 Trees have overgrown through the years and left very little to no protection below the crown of the Trees as you can see in the images provided. This is causing no sound protection and no visibility protection as the fence is also long past it sell by date. The new home owner would like to remove the 12 Leylandii, put up a new fence to match the previous which is a 1.8m-2m close-board fence and to replant 12-15 new Leylandii Infront of the fence to replace like for like what is already there. This will allow better maintenance and to keep in scope with the village requirements. The proposed works will be to carried out in 6-8 weeks which then also sees us past bird nesting season.

G1 Cypress x3 Section fell to ground level. G2 Mixed species adjacent to HA-HA reduce overhanging lateral growth the within boundary line to instal fence. Remove self set saplings. G3 Yew trees, clip by 12 inchs to contain in current form. T1 Willow, crown lift as directed for view, by removing to source and selectively thinning secondary laterals in lower crown only. Crown lifted to the height of the first primary lateral by removing the pendulous secondary branches ( 3.5 meters from ground level) the thin is no more than 10% in the lower crown and will mainly consist of the removal of duplicated limbs T4 Apple, mature specimen, thin crown by 10% to promote good form and remove major dead wood. T5 Birch, dead specimen section fell to ground level. T6 Willow, split in main stem. Section fell to ground level. G5 Mixed species, clear and cut back by 1 meter from fence to allow access for re- fencing. G6 Mixed species, inc cypress, fell on fence line cut back by 1 meter from fence to allow access for re- fencing.

The YEW tree shown on 1) & 2) of the attached document is the tree in question, 3) shows the poor condition of the tree in general. This tree is located within the grounds of the church on the Churchway (public road) boundary opposit to domestic dwellings and the end of the boughs are within 5 meters of the garden wall to these houses. There are 2 boughs which overhang the road as shown in 4) which also shows that the tree is adjacent to the steps from Churchway to the churchyard, an area frequented by churchgoers and public. Within the last year a bough has broken and damaged the fence 6), last week a bough snapped in the wind landing in the churchyard 5). During any windy periods the boughs of the tree creak, signifcantly bending and causing concern for the safety of those living or walking nearby. We have been advised to remove back to the trunk both overhanging boughs 4) and to remove all dead wood as can be reached within the tree canopy.
