Variation of condition 5 relating to 93/01756/AOP (Retail Warehousing) to allow the occupation of a foodstore in Units 1, 2 and part of 3. The premises shall not be used for the sale of food other than confectionery or for the consumption on the premises ancillary to the overall use of the site for retail warehousing, with the exception of Units 1, 2 and 3 where up to 1,954 sqm can be used for the retail sale of food goods.
