Proposed non-material amendment sought to permission for (Approval of Reserved Matters pursuant to outline permission 19/00097/AOP for appearance, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale of a residential development of 5 dwellings and discharge of conditions 1 (details of layout) 4 (slab levels) 5 (hard and soft landscaping) 7 (archaeological) 11 (details of dropped kerb) 12 (details of parking and manoeuvring) 14 (construction transport management plan) 15 (trees) 18 (whole life maintenance plan) 23 (details of screen, boundary, fences, walls) 24 (slab levels) and 25 (details of means of foul and water drainage) relating to 20/01342/ADP) to rectify clerical errors in the description of the approved reserved matters application.

Approval of Reserved Matters pursuant to outline permission 19/00097/AOP for appearance, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale of a residential development of 5 dwellings and discharge of conditions 1 (details of layout) 4 (slab levels) 5 (hard and soft landscaping) 7 (archeological) 11 (details of dropped kerb) 12 (details of parking and menoevuring) 14 (construction transport management plan) 15 (trees) 18 (whole life maintenance plan) 23 (details of screen, boundary, fences, walls) 24 (slab levels) and 25 (details of means of foul and water drainage)

Modification to part1 of the Sixth Schedule to change the trigger for the payment of the sports and leisure contribution from "commencement of development" to "50 percent of the Sports and Leisure Contribution upon Commencement of the Development and the remaining 50 percent paid in four months from the date of Commencement of the Development, or upon the construction of the first dwelling above slab level, which ever is sooner" All other requirements of the agreement are to remain unchanged on application 15/03786/AOP

Outline application with means of access to be considered and all other matters reserved for a residential development comprising up to 93 residential units, with associated access, landscaping and parking - Variation of condition 25 (access) of application 15/03786/AOP to change the trigger for the approved access from pre-commencement to prior to occupation of the development and to allow for a temporary site construction access; and variation of condition 3 (Application Drawings) to refer to the amended plans and to include reference to the temporary works access drawing.
