Retrospective application for removal of trees to rear of property, including replacement planting proposals (pursuant to enforcement action ref: NC/22/00019/Tree), covering trees removed and trees failed in recent and distant past totalling 10no. trees: T1 Apple variety Small stump, central area hollow T2 Plum Small stump. Decay on south side T3 Apple variety C. 0.5m high stump. Central area hollow. Wire embedded in stem T4 Pear Small low stump. Identification difficult but appears to be pear variety T5 Apple variety Low stump, c 0.2m high. T6 Pear As above T7 Apple variety Low stump, central portion hollow T8 Walnut Low stump. Tree split at union during December storms of 2021. T9 Walnut Decaying stump and root plate lifted. Tree failed in storms over 2 years ago. T10 Apple variety Small low stump.
